Aeolus Capital Administration Ltd., the reinsurance and insurance-linked securities (ILS) funding fund supervisor, has introduced the appointment of climate and local weather meteorologist Dr. Chris Hennon as Senior Analysis Scientist.
Hennon is a tropical cyclone analysis scientist and meteorological advisor who specialises in climate and local weather analysis, forensic meteorology, and tropical cyclone threat.
Previous to becoming a member of Aeolus Capital Administration, Hennon has been working as a Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical College in Arizona.
Beforehand, he has labored as Chair and a Professor on the College of North Carolina, as a meteorologist at local weather and climate consulting agency acclimate, LLC, and as a Visiting Scientist on the College Company for Atmospheric Analysis.
Aeolus Capital Administration defined, “Dr. Hennon has a broad background in meteorology and climatology, and over 25 years of expertise in analysis and instructing at universities. He acquired his Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Ohio State College, specializing in tropical cyclone modeling and prediction.
